SEM Haven Health & Residential Care Center is the only non-profit Nursing and Assisted Living home in Clermont County, Ohio. We have touched the lives of thousands of elderly citizens and their families over the last thirty years. Many of you have experienced our special care first-hand by allowing us the privilege of caring for your loved ones.

We invite you to join us in our effort to enhance the lives of our elderly community by sending a tax-deductible gift to SEM Haven Health Care. Your gift, regardless of size, is truly welcome and sincerely appreciated. Also, please consider naming SEM Haven in your Estate planning.

All gifts benefit our residents, staff and physical plant directly. Some examples are resident social events, benevolent care, staff recognitions, capital projects, and our pastoral ministry.
