PERFECT SURVEY!! On June 18-21 we had four surveyors from the Ohio Department of Healthhere for
our annual survey in nursing and assisted living and they found no deficiencies. They looked at 80 resident
charts and spoke to many residents, staff and family members. With over 400 federal standards and over 50

HOUSEHOLD HAPPENINGS – Kugler Woods dining room and family room are undergoing final touches in our
redecorating project. We are looking forward to being complete! Ripple Ridge residents and staff are working
on a garden. We decided the plants we wanted then went on a bus trip to purchase them. We chose geraniums for
